Userdoc supports native integration with Jira (using a Jira API key), and actually supports multiple Jira integrations, meaning you can sync your User stories across multiple platforms.

Pre-requisites

A Userdoc account, and an existing project you wish to integrate with Jira.

A Jira Cloud account, with an existing project you wish to integrate with (Note: Userdoc only supports integration with cloud-hosted Jira, not with Jira Server)

Creating the Integration

Inside project settings in Userdoc, click Story Integration, then click on the Connect a Jira Cloud Project button

Step 1 - Jira Integration Setup

• Integration name: Defaults to “Jira” but you can rename it to anything, e.g. your Jira project name
• Service URL: eg https://your-domain.atlassian.net
• API token: create your token here https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security/api-tokens
• Jira username: the email address associated with your Jira account (Note: this is often your email address)

Once this information has been entered, click Next Step
