If you use Jira as your project management tool, we recommend using our native Jira integration.
Otherwise, Userdoc supports user story integration easily using Make, which allows user stories to be created and updated in your existing systems such as:
- Asana
- Monday
- Azure DevOps
- GitHub
- Trello
- PivotalTracker
- And hundreds more
Note: Whilst Userdoc also supports Zapier, unfortunately, Zapier doesn’t allow updating items - only creating. So for this reason we recommend Make.
Configuring integrations using Make
Make plans
We recommend using Make to configure integrations, as they have a generous free plan, where you can use 2 active scenarios and 1000 operations per month.
- One “scenario” allows syncing one Userdoc project with a tool of your choice, so for free you can configure 2 projects, and easily deactivate and reactivate scenarios if you want more
- 1000 operations per month mean roughly around 300 user story syncs - which is more than enough per month for most projects
- For $9 per month (on an annual plan) Make gives you unlimited active scenarios, and 10,000 operations, which is enough for many projects being integrated into parallel
